The dispenser has a working chamber whose cross-section is greater by one displacement clearance unit than the cross-section of an axially displaceable piston (18) plunging therein. A pressure line (44) is connected thereto at the highest point of the working area. The working area enables a constant link to be created between the suction line and the pressure line (44) as a result of the larger cross-section that the working area has in comparison with the piston (18). |
