A multi-function pencil sharpener with music comprises a shell, a knife resting in the shell, a knife head mounted on the knife rest, a crank connecting a shaft of the knife head and a hopper, an aperture set at a position corresponding to the knife head at the shell, a jaw set in the aperture, a vocalism and/or flash circuit provided with IC which mounts on the shell, a turning switch set at the knife rest. The multi-function pencil sharpener of this invention is provided with music and flash function, it's more interesting, easy to use and stable.
