<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consultation service system and a consultation service terminal that can improve a service for patients. <P>SOLUTION: For every patient whose consultation has been accepted, a consultation start time, an accounting end time, a waiting time for consultation, a necessary time to accounting, and the like are predicted. The results are updated in reflection of an acceptance status and progress statuses of consultation, prescription, accounting and the like, and transmitted by radio to the portable consultation service terminal lent to the patient.
