<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition for production of a color filter capable of accurately forming an optimum image desirable as a filter and capable of achieving high productivity, when the color filter is produced by a relief reversal printing process. <P>SOLUTION: The ink composition contains a pigment, a resin, a surface energy regulator, a quick-drying organic solvent and a slow-drying organic solvent as essential components and preferably has an ink viscosity at 25°C of 0.5-10.0 mPa s, a surface energy of 15-25 mN/m, a swelling amount to a blanket of≤100 mg/cm<SP>3</SP>and a contact angle to a blanket surface of≤35°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
