PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adding a liquid organic silicate compound to a powdered coating material without deteriorating a blocking property. SOLUTION: Organic silicate-carrying particles are obtained by mixing raw material particles having an average primary particle diameter of 1 nm to 10μm with an organic silicate compound. The mass of the organic silicate compound is 10 to 60 % per mass of the raw material particles. The organic silicate compound can contain a resin portion.
