<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving and ordering system capable of efficiently performing a series of receiving and ordering tasks and its program. <P>SOLUTION: A facsimile machine, a reception and ordering management device and a terminal are interconnected through a communication line. The reception and ordering management device stores document data such as an order form received from the facsimile machine in either folder of a folder by persons, a folder by person groups or a folder to be made correspond to the FAX number of the facsimile machine, and transfers list data related to the document data in the folder by persons to the terminal to be displayable as a GUI screen according to a browsing request from the terminal. Also, the reception and ordering management device transfers individual document data in response to the browsing request, and executes processing related to a request from the terminal for the execution of predetermined processing to the document data according to drag and drop operations on the GUI screen displayed on the display device of the terminal, and moves the document data related to the request in the folder for each person in charge to another folder corresponding to the processing related with the request. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
