PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fraud detection system for a switch operation device instructing switching operation of a switch. SOLUTION: This fraud detection system for the switch operation device detects a fraud condition, in which a controller controlling switching operation of the switch is made by an external physical action to control the switch operation device so that the switch operation device set to be incapable of emitting a switching operation instruction signal instructing switching operation of the switch is set to be capable of emitting the switching operation instruction signal. The switch operation device has a plurality of sensor means, which are mounted in different installation places for sensing contact/non-contact between component members in an own device, and a fraud detection means detecting the fraud condition to the switch operation device based on an output condition from at least one or more sensor means.
