PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jointing structure of panels capable of easily performing jointing work and securing a solid jointing state. SOLUTION: This jointing structure of the panels are provided with a projecting part 41 formed on a joint portion of one panel 40 of two panels 10, 40 arranged along a direction orthogonal to each other; a recessed part 11 which is formed on a joint portion of the other panel 40 and to which the projecting part 41 is fitted; and a joint member 6 for jointing the recessed part 11 and the projecting part 41 by energizing force bringing the recessed part 11 and the projecting part 41 close to each other in a fitting direction a, when pressed by predetermined amount by penetrating through opposing parts 11c, 41c with respect to the projecting part 41 in the fitting direction a.
