PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shovel scoop improving the efficiency of excavating work of crushed stones or the like and preventing the occurrence of sound caused by impact in handling to a minimum. SOLUTION: In a shovel 1 wherein a handle body 2 provided with a grip body 4 is inserted and stuck into a handle insertion part 3b of a scoop body 3, projecting pieces 3a of approximately sword tip shape are formed at the cutting edge part of the scoop body 3 to easily thrust the scoop body 3 into the crushed stones or the like which are material to be excavated, and a vibration damping soundproof material 5 for suppressing vibration in impact of resin, wear resistant rubber or other rubber materials is stuck to the whole surface or a part of the scoop body 3. The scoop body 3 can thereby be thrusted into the crushed stones without flipping the cutting edge part by the crushed stones, and many crushed stones can be scooped at a time while preventing the occurrence of sound because the vibration damping soundproof material 5 stuck to the scoop body 3 absorbs vibration in impact to make no sound.
