PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower an upper spreader to a position of a spreader fixing portion of a lowest-stage boom at the time of disassembling a boom in both of a tower crane specification and an ordinary crane specification. SOLUTION: This crane is provided with the spreader fixing portion 25 on the distal end back surface side of the lowest-stage boom 6 commonly used in a tower boom 3 and an ordinary boom 4. Distances S1, S2 between the spreaders and the lowest-stage boom length L at the maximum derricking angle of the boom are set so that the upper spreader 14 constituting a boom derricking device 11 may lower onto a position of the spreader fixing portion 25 when booms 3, 4 are fallen down on the ground to loosen a boom derricking rope 15 in disassembling the tower or ordinary boom.
