<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base sequence encoding each of proteins participating in biosynthesis of a FR-008 polyketide derived from a Streptomyces genus FR-008. <P>SOLUTION: This base sequence comprises any one of genes encoding domains of a ketosyntase (KS), an acyltransferase (AT), an acyl carrier protein (ACP), a ketoredactase (KR), a dehydratase (DH), and an enoyl redactase (ER) participating in the biosynthesis of the FR-008 polyketide and any one of genes encoding deformation enzymes, such as an ABC transporter, a cytochrome P-450 monooxygenase, a ferredoxin, a thioesterase, a sugar biosynthesis protein, an FAD-dependent monooxygenase, an 4-amino-4-deoxychorismic acid (ADC) synthase, and an ADC lyase. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
