PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration testing machine capable of fixing or releasing from fixing the deflated air spring for switching the direction of excitation of the excitation part. SOLUTION: The vibration testing machine comprises the excitation part (4) having the protrusion part (4a); the support parts (5, 51, 52, 53) capable of selectively switching the excitation direction to approximately vertical direction and to approximately horizontal direction; the support frame part (2) capable of supporting the supporting part freely rotatable; and the 2nd vibration pedestal (7) to be connected with the 1st vibration pedestal at the time the excitation direction is made approximately horizontal. Wherein, the support part comprises the air springs (55) for supporting the excitation part; and the moving member (54) supported movable to approximately vertical direction when exiting the 1st vibration pedestal to the approximate vertical direction following to the volume change of the air spring; and the clamp mechanism part (20) for fixedly clamping the protrusion part or the moving member.
