PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbocharger with a motor which can easily cool the motor of the turbocharger and prevent the reduction of the efficiency of the motor. SOLUTION: The turbocharger comprises the motor 7 that is disposed on an air intake passage 2 of an internal combustion engine and rotates and drives a compressor wheel 4 of the turbocharger 1, a housing 8 having the motor 7, and an introduction passage 11 for introducing gas flow for cooling into the housing 8. One end 11a of the introduction passage 11 is connected to the housing 8, and the other end 11b is connected to a proximity (L section) on the downstream side of an air cleaner 13 disposed on the air intake passage 2.
