PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a deterioration of characteristics due to a DC offset of a local buffer with low power consumption in a frequency converter. SOLUTION: An electronic circuit device having a frequency converting function amplifies an input local signal 112 by the local buffer 102, removes a DC offset component by an offset canceler 103, inputs the signal to a mixer circuit 101, and then frequency converts an input signal 111.
