PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defoaming agent composition excellent in defoaming properties and internal addition stability and causing no cissing. SOLUTION: This defoaming agent composition contains 100 pts. mass of an oil compound (1) containing 100 pts. mass of a hydrophobic organopolysiloxane with viscosity at 25°C of 10-100,000 mm<SP>2</SP>/s and 2-30 pts. mass of fine powdery silica, 20-100 pts. mass of a polyoxyalkylene-modified organopolysiloxane (2), 1-50 pts. mass of at least one kind of polyoxyethylene lanoline (3), 0-150 pts. mass of at least one kind of a polyoxyalkylene polymer (4) with an average molecular weight of 500-5,000, 0-50 pts. mass of at least one kind of a nonionic surfactant (5) and 60-1,000 pts. mass of water (6) with respect to 100 pts. mass of the sum total amount of all of the components (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5).
