PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein time delay occurs at the time of call control, when realizing a broadcasting function using a wireless microphone which station employees have conventionally used, by a mobile terminal (PHS) of a conductor who is moving in train, in an in-station yard broadcasting system. SOLUTION: A communication area is set for each railroad station, and a base station of mobile terminals is installed. Each time a train arrives at a station, a mobile terminal which the conductor has is automatically connected to a broadcasting device of the station to set a call-terminating state, so that the conductor can instantaneously announce from the arrival station by the mobile terminal.
