PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid phase substrate for microarrays, where self fluorescence is reduced. SOLUTION: The substrate that immobilizes a retained object that is a substance for capturing a bioactive substance and is used for detecting the amount of captured bioactive substance by fluorescence is a substrate used for microarrays, in which aminoalkylsilane that does not contain class 2 amino groups on the surface of the substrate and does not contain class 1 amino groups is introduced, and is a substrate for microarrays, in which a functional group is further introduced to aminoalkylsilane.
