Compounds of the Formula I have activity inhibiting production of Abeta-peptide. This invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions and methods of treating diseases, for example, neurodegenerative diseases, e.g., Alzheimer's disease, in a mammal comprising compounds of the Formula I.
