PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for an image forming device having high degree of freedom of design, and also, capable of suppressing the speed fluctuation of an image carrier. SOLUTION: A projection is formed on the outer peripheral part of a cam 76, the outer peripheral surface of the projection pushes a cap part 73 toward an intermediate transfer drum 41 in accordance with the rotating motion of a rotary shaft 75, then, a secondary transfer roller 42 is brought into contact with the intermediate transfer drum 41. On the other hand, an inside cam groove 762 is formed in the inside surface of the cam 76, and an engagement boss 732 is arranged so as to project from the cap part 73 toward the inside cam groove 762. And, the side face 762a of the inside cam groove 762 is engaged with the engagement boss 732 in accordance with the rotating motion of the cam 76, then, the cap part 73 is retreated toward the side opposite to the intermediate transfer drum 41. Thus, an oscillation lever 71 and the secondary transfer roller 42 are moved so as to separate from the intermediate transfer drum 41. |
