<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of the color slurring of a color image caused by a rib in an image forming apparatus where a plurality of photoreceptors are respectively driven to be rotated via photoreceptor gears composed of molding equipped with the rib extended radially and are electrified and exposed, whereby electrostatic latent images are formed on the respective photoreceptors and made visible images as toner images in different colors from each other and the respective toner images are superposed and transferred to transfer material so as to obtain the color image. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is constituted to satisfy β≈ n×α (n is an integer) when it is assumed that an angle between the ribs of the respective photoreceptor gears 19Y to 19BK is α, and an angle from an exposure position D where the respective photoreceptors 3Y to 3BK are exposed to a transfer position T where the toner image formed on the photoreceptor is transferred to the transfer material is β. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
