PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner which suppresses fusion bonding to a photoreceptor and faulty cleaning when the toner containing a triphenylmethane compound having an imino group is applied to an apparatus with a blade cleaning means. SOLUTION: In the toner containing at least a binder resin, a colorant and the triphenylmethane compound having an imino group, the triphenylmethane compound having an imino group has an aniline content of≤800 ppm.
