PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the failure of an apparatus of a recycling system, to elongate the service life of the system and to improve the operation efficiency by recovering foreign matters and solid matters from fly ash. SOLUTION: This foreign matter removing device from incineration fly ash sucks the incineration fly ash by an pneumatic conveying pipe and is provided with a foreign matter removing means on the way of the pneumatic conveying pipe to remove the foreign matter. The foreign matter removing device is provided with a first flow channel for allowing carried articles to straightly flow in and out with the air between horizontal carried article inlet pipe and outlet pipe, and a downward second flow channel vertical to the first flow channel. A wire netting having a specific opening diameter is mounted on a joining position of the first flow channel and the second flow channel, and the foreign matters which can not be passed through the wire netting for the sake of its weight and the like are discharged from a discharge chute through the second flow channel.
