PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic cylindrical member working method in which a connection part angularly deviated from the axis of a cylindrical part can be easily formed without increasing the number of part items and working process steps, and to provide a cylindrical member. SOLUTION: The metallic cylindrical member working method is provided with the steps of: forming a cylindrical part 1, diameter-reduced parts 2 and 2 and a straight connection part 4 as a single body by working an end portion of a metallic cylindrical member 5 in a diameter-reducing manner; and pressing and bending connection parts 3 and 3 so as to be angularly deviated from the axis of the cylindrical part 1.
