PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming and trimming device for a sheet-like material with which a cycle time is shortened by performing taking out of a product and setting of auxiliary members for the next forming in the inside of a trimming press during a waiting time till the end of the forming which is generated after the end of the trimming in a device for forming and trimming a sheet-like material. SOLUTION: This forming and trimming device for the sheet-like material which is provided with a forming means for compressing the sheet-like material with an upper die and a lower die and a trimming means for trimming the compressed sheet-like material with the other upper die and lower die. In this device, the lower die of the forming means and the lower die of the trimming means have the same shape, the device is provided with a lower die position changing means for changing the position of the two lower dies having the same shape each other.
