PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball polishing and lifting apparatus wherein a winding operation of a stained belt for ball polishing can be easily performed corresponding to a stain condition of the belt for ball polishing. SOLUTION: Since a winding mechanism section 10 to reel the belt for ball polishing 80 which is used by driving force of a motor 17 and an attachment mechanism section 50 to attach the belt for ball polishing 80 which is not used are disposed at the back side of the ball polishing and lifting apparatus 1, the belt for ball polishing 80 is automatically reeled by the driving force of the motor 17 and the winding operation of the stained belt for ball polishing 80 can be easily performed. Also, since a detecting means such as a photo-sensor or the like to detect the stain of the belt for ball polishing 80 is disposed in the ball polishing and lifting apparatus 1, the stain condition of the belt for ball polishing 80 is easily judged to move the belt for ball polishing 80.
