<p>The inventive anti-herpetic composition comprises a virion drug containing herpes simplex viruses of a 1 and 2 serotypes inactivated by formalin or gamma -radiation. Said composition also comprises high-technology immunomodulator polyoxidone, valine and lisine amino-acids and a combination comprising at least two amino-acids selected from a group: phenylalanine, leucine, alanine, threonine, histidine, arginine, methyonine and can comprise isoleucine capable to stimulate formation of anti-herpetic peptides at cellular level. The composition can be embodied in the form of different pharmaceutical formulations and the characteristics thereof make it possible to use said composition for acute and chronic herpetic pathology.</p> |
