PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal the operability of entry operations of which is enhanced by extracting only data utilized by an activated application or the like in the case of making entries by utilizing data stored in a clip board. SOLUTION: When receiving an entry request utilizing the data stored in the clip board 2-1 by operations of an operation section 3, a data extracting means 1-1 of a control section 1 uses a condition of extracting data used for the entry from the started application or the like to extract only the data satisfying this condition. Since only the extracted data are displayed on a display section 4 under the control of the control section 1, the operability of data entries is enhanced and selection of erroneous data is prevented.
