PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated foamed glass which is hardly scratched, has improved chemical resistance and wear resistance, and is hardly attached with stains, from which stains can be easily wiped off even if the stains attach, and which has markedly improved durability, is super lightweight and excellent in heat shielding property and strength, and can sustain the effect of luminous or fluorescent property in a brilliant state for a remarkably long period in comparison with a conventional article, obtained by coating the surface of glass with a luminous coating material or a fluorescent coating material; and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The laminated foamed glass 1 is obtained by melt-bonding a sheet-like glass layer 11, a layer 12 of a decorative agent containing one or more kinds selected from luminous substances, fluorescent substances and colorants, and a foamed glass material layer 13 in this order, and the method for producing the laminated foamed glass 1 is also provided.
