<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diversify the jetting of a fluid when the fluid such as cleaning water is jetted to an inclined direction while causing the swinging revolving motion or rotating motion of a jetting body. <P>SOLUTION: The jetting body has a jetting port facing the outside from a flow-in chamber opening and is freely suspended in a state that the vicinity of the jetting port is in contact with the inside wall of the flow-in chamber and carries out the swinging revolving motion revolving while swinging at a tilt angle α to the central axis of the opening and the rotating motion rotating around the central axis of the jetting body. A pipe conduit for introducing the fluid to the jetting port is a tilted pipe conduit having a tilt angle β to the central axis of the jetting body, and the fluid is jetted from the jetting port by receiving the effect of the swinging revolving motion at the tilt angle α and the rotating motion at the tilted angle β.
