PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a product by sufficiently restraining the displacement of a partitioned board and the play in the product and further, to easily perform a work for removing burr in postforming by limiting the positions of the burrs caused by the crack of a core. SOLUTION: A casting device for forming a tumble board 100 preset in a port core as cast-in so that both side edge parts project to the outer part, is provided with at least one of inserts 5a-d which are arranged in the vicinity of both side edge parts and adjust the solidification of molten metal, and a temperature control means for controlling the temperature of the inserts 5a-d.
