PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a working efficacy of preparation of a dry concrete material, regardless of working places and workers, by saving such works as blending aggregates, cements and the like and calculating amounts of those materials at the working place. SOLUTION: The dry concrete material is one prepared by blending previously washed fine aggregates and rough aggregates in such a way as attaining the necessary strength, followed by drying, and further blending with an appropriate amount of cement, if necessary, and packing in a bag.
