WATERMARKING OF AUDIO AND AUDIO-VISUAL SIGNALS

摘要

Security (and trackability if security is breached) of limited issue audio and audio visual recordings, e.g. review copies, is enhanced by putting a different audio watermark on to each of the limited issue items, such as CDs or DVDs. The watermark is applied in a two stage process. Apparatus for effecting this automatically is disclosed.
