PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling device 19 and a manufacturing method of a bearing device, capable of inserting a shaft 4 into a bearing hole 3a without damaging an outer peripheral face of the shaft 4 or an inner peripheral face of a bearing sleeve 3 in manufacturing the bearing device 2. SOLUTION: The bearing device 2 comprising the shaft 3 and the bearing sleeve 3 having the axially-penetrated bearing hole 3a on its inner peripheral face opposite to the outer peripheral face of the shaft 4, is assembled by inserting the shaft 4 from an opening part at one end side of the bearing hole 3a toward an opening part of the other end side. Here, the fluid is supplied in inserting the shaft 4 into the bearing hole 3a by using a fluid supplying means 22 for supplying the fluid from the opening part at the other end side toward the opening part at one end side.
