a side span connected by means of a plurality of blocks and delivered by using a ship to a place to be installed; a plurality of first sheaves installed on first and second cables which connects a power and an anchorage; a plurality of second sheaves installed on the side span; first and second wire ropes passing through the second sheaves of the side span and the first sheaves of the first and second cables and wound and lifted by a winch, such that the side span is pushed by means of a push full system and is installed between the tower and the anchorage by a hanger wire rope of the first and second cables; a middle span connected by means of the plurality of blocks and delivered by using the ship to the place to be installed; the plurality of first sheaves installed on first and second cables which connects the power and the anchorage; the plurality of second sheaves installed on the middle span; and a third wire rope passing through the second sheaves of the middle span and the first sheaves of the first and second cables and wound and lifted by a windlass or the winch, such that the middle span is installed between the towers by the hanger wire rope of the first and second cables.
