PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spandex elastic yarn that has improved adhesion prevention and smoothness and provide fabric of high quality and a method for producing the same, particularly provide elastic yarn that can suitably be used for clothes because the elastic yarn has handleability improved by optimizing the friction properties and the quality of products improved.
