PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an impact point and an impact feeling in hitting a ball alone with joy in a making a practice swing, to master a right swing, and to correct the impact point, the impact feeling and a form when smashing and serving, which is hard to do so far. SOLUTION: This practice apparatus is so constituted that a ball swing rod with a ball attached to its tip is mounted on a triangle frame in the bottom of a racket surface. When a player makes the right practice swing, the ball hits on the center of the racket surface and is returned to a set position (in the direction of the arm) so that, if only there is a space for making the practice swing, the player can develop the point, the impact feeling and the right form in hitting the ball alone. This constitution integrates the ball with the racket so as to, in practicing the smash and the serve, allows the player to master the right impact point and the impact feeling in the vertical swing.
