<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-phase modulation control type inverter device which can suitably compensate a dead time. <P>SOLUTION: The two-phase modulation control type inverter device includes a fixed mode arithmetic means 741 for determining a fixed phase to which an ON or OFF state of each of IGBT 601-606 is fixed, a 2-arm compensation arithmetic means 742 for calculating an amount of voltage compensation of two-phase voltage command values except the fixed phase which makes each interphase voltage predetermined value which is synchronized with switching of the fixed phase based on a dead time of a PWM signal, and a voltage command arithmetic means 743 for calculating two-phase modulation voltage command values by further voltage compensating the amount of the voltage compensation part by holding a value of each interphase voltage of three-phase voltage command values based on the three-phase command values and the fixed phase. For example, if only the dead time of a power state is paid attention, the two-phase voltage command values to be modulated are compensated to raise each interphase voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
