<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation heating apparatus having a thin shape, in which an aperture portion of heat ray can be made large and energy density of the aperture portion can be kept low. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation heating apparatus comprises energy emission means 1 to emit heat ray, reflection means 2 for reflecting a part of heat ray emitted from the energy emission means 1, convergence/diffusion means to converge or diffuse heat ray emitted from the energy emission means 1 and heat ray from the reflection means 2, shielding means 4 to attenuate visible region light contained in heat ray from the energy emission means 1, and the convergence/diffusion means 5. Thus, radiation energy density on emissive surface can be decreased, the apparatus is miniaturized and waste heat treatment is easily realized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
