PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence building method using a foamed synthetic resin plate, facilitating reinforcement between a foamed synthetic resin plate and a foundation concrete or a concrete block, and further lowering the construction cost and heightening the workability by effectively using metal lath. SOLUTION: The foamed synthetic resin plate including a reinforcement means inserting a reinforcement bar or an iron pipe to prevent bending and improve shock resistance is bonded and fixed to the upper surface of a rising part of the foundation concrete or the upper surface of a concrete block disposed on leveling concrete. Further after the metal lath is stuck at need, the raised part of the foundation concrete or the side of the ground part of the concrete block and the whole of each foamed synthetic resin plate are subjected to surface preparation, and further facing material for an outer wall is applied as facing to construct the fence.
