PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure reliability of an anti-fall-off function by a retainer. SOLUTION: Insertion-coupling means 40a, 40b for having an inner wall of a fitting hole 11 and an outer face of the retainer 30 plugged into the fitting hole 11 in a tightly insertion-coupled state are provided at two places in the vicinity of an opening toward an outside face of a housing 10 and in the vicinity of a rear end part of the fitting hole 11. With the retainer 30 plugged into the fitting hole 11, the retainer 30 is held in a tightly insertion-coupled state at the two places of the vicinity of an inlet and the vicinity of the rear end part of the fitting hole 11, so that degradation of reliability of the anti-fall-off function caused by looseness of the retainer 30 is avoided.
