The invention concerns a process for the production of cylindrical holders for vacuum test tubes and the holders obtained therefrom. The process includes the insertion of the straight needle into the moulded holder and the subsequent bending of the needle, so that its outer end adheres to the edge of the casing, thus facilitating the insertion of the needle into the vein. The new disposable holder is particularly useful for said blood sampling, as it guarantees the alignment of the needle with respect to the vein.
