A four-phase system and a single-phase system in which the outputs are delayed and attenuated before controlling the bi-stable flip-flops such that the clock power stream is only switched when it is initiated, are shown. Fresh data may be introduced to the logic through additional flip-flops with power streams connected to the clock and control streams to the input source.
