<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem in a combustion device wherein a composite hot water supply device such as a hot water supply space heating and bath device becomes large, and a problem of hot water temperature control performance and running costs when carrying out space heating and bath reheating. <P>SOLUTION: A pressure tight pump 20 to be used as a conveyance means is provided in a first circulation circuit 19 circulating hot water, a first double tube heat exchanger 23 to be used as a forced convection type heat exchanger for space heating is provided in an upstream side, and a second double tube heat exchanger 24 to be used as a forced convection type heat exchanger for bath reheating is provided in a downstream side. Accordingly, since a path of the first circulation circuit 19 can be shortened, the pressure tight pump 20 can be miniaturized, and the first and second double tube heat exchangers 23 and 24 can be miniaturized also, the device can be extensively miniaturized.
