CONTAINER FOR STORING SEMI-CONDUCTOR DEVICE, METHOD FOR INSPECTING SEMI-CONDUCTOR DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING THE SEMI-CONDUCTOR DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the contact of an external terminal of a semi-conductor device with an embossed part thereof with a simple configuration, and to easily and reliably inspect the external terminal and detect the storing direction of the semi-conductor device.

SOLUTION: In a taping container 1 in which embossed portions 13 to store a semi-conductor device 12 are arranged in one row, and upper opening parts of the embossed portions 13 after storing the semi-conductor device 12 are sealed with a tape 14 for a cover, a through hole 16 of the opening area larger than the area of a forming area of an external terminal 15 in the stored semi-conductor device 12 is formed in a bottom surface of the embossed portions 13 to prevent the external terminal 15 of the semi-conductor device 12 from being brought into contact with the embossed portions 13.
