PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical feeding device and a chemical feeding method capable of preventing the leakage of chemicals injected from a chemical feeding pipe from a gap between the circumferential surface of the mouth section of a long steel pipe inserted in a slot and the slot. SOLUTION: The chemical feeding device includes the long steel pipe 1 inserted in the slot 31 bored in a bedrock, a plurality of chemical feeding pipes 11 and 12 inserted in the long steel pipe from the mouth section of the long steel pipe 1, a single chemical feeding terminal pipe 20 inserted in the long steel pipe from the mouth section of the long steel pipe 1 and placed so as to locate a chemical exhaust section 21 on the mouth section side of the long steel pipe 1 longer than a plurality of chemical feeding pipes 11 and 12 and a reservoir 22 opening the chemical exhaust section 21.
