PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness bar 1 which is fitted to a rack storing various units 1 which can flexibly change a fixed position and arranges wiring of the units. SOLUTION: In the harness bar 1, a main body fixing metal 3 is fitted to the rack and a connecting fitting 6 is fitted to the main body fixing metal 3 by a knob bolt 5. An insertion hole 8 is arranged in the connecting fitting 6. A pipe 10 is inserted into the insertion hole 8, and the pipe 10 is rotatable centering around the knob bolt 5.
