摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operator management system for quickly facilitating countermeasures to a customer. <P>SOLUTION: A call center server is provided with an order reception information database in which order reception information from a customer is registered and an operator status information database. The order reception information includes the name and address of the customer and operations requested from the customer. The operator status information database is preliminarily registered with terminal identifiers to identify each of a plurality of portable terminals, and registered with the respective positions of the plurality of portable terminals and status information showing the acceptability of the operations. The call center server refers to the order reception information database and the operator status information database, and selects the first portable terminal from the plurality of portable terminals. Thus, the first portable terminal is located in position nearest to the address of the customer so that it is possible for the operator to perform the operations.
