<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind force easing apparatus for mitigating strong wind in an underground passage, a road or the like to eradicate the unpleasant and unfriendly influence of the strong wind on passing passengers and existing objects. <P>SOLUTION: The wind force easing apparatus is equipped with a ventilation opening at a plane subjected to the wind from a perpendicular direction thereto. The opening is provided with a brush-like filamentous collective entity or a windmill. The wind force the windmill undergoes is eased by means of fluid resistance of the filamentous collective entity, a speed reduction function caused by a large torque of the windmill itself, or a body that is other than the windmill, but has the speed reduction function subordinately provided in the windmill. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
