<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dielectrics porcelain and a ceramic green sheet with which migration of a conductive component of conductive paste to a dielectric layer at the time of calcination can be prevented. <P>SOLUTION: In dielectric porcelain, electrodes 1 and 3 are formed on the dielectric layer obtained by calcinating the ceramic green sheet 4 where conductive paste is printed on a surface for forming the electrodes 1 and 3. A migration preventing layer is provided between the ceramic green sheet 4 and the conductive paste printing parts 1 and 3. Thus, a passive layer consists of a compound of a conductive component of conductive paste and a migration prevention component of the migration prevention layer, and is formed between the dielectric layer and the electrodes 1 and 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
