<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a material containing sphingoglycolipid in a high concentration and used for a beverage and foods efficiently and industrially by using plant materials (rice bran, wheat bran, beat fiber, konjak powder, etc.) as raw materials. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the sphingoglycolipid is provided by subjecting the plant materials to extraction with ethanol, freeze-treating the separated ethanol solution (storing at≤-50°C for≥12 hr) and obtaining the sphingoglycolipid-containing material as precipitate. By the method, e.g. in the case of using the beat fiber, it is possible to obtain the sphingoglycolipid-containing material having≥50 % sphingoglycolipid content. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
